Workers' Compensation Claims Advocate

SF Bay Area | Sacramento

We are currently seeking the right candidate who will bring added value to all key stakeholders by assisting and educating employers with managing their Workers’ Compensation claims and Return To Work programs.

 The right candidate has 3-10 years of working within the Workers’ Compensation claims arena.  The ideal candidate understands the claims process, the complexities of X-mods, is familiar with the Labor Code and has broker relationships. This candidate understands the role of claims analyst and advocacy for employers and has had claim handler experience.

 Responsibilities include analyzing loss runs and claim handler status reports, then strategizing and negotiating to move cases to resolution. Documenting results, trends and outcomes is a critical component of the deliverables. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point is a requirement to create professional deliverables.

 Analysts request and organize loss runs and claims data from multiple sources, complete data entry into formatted Workers’ Compensation reports in preparation for review by Senior Analysts and coordinate meetings with Employers and Brokers.

Account Manager |
Customer Success


We are currently seeking the right candidate who will bring added value to our team and clients. The Account Manager will support our Claims Analysts by gathering the necessary data they need to synthesize and make recommendations. This position is critical to ensuring our high level of client satisfaction is maintained. The right candidate is organized, disciplined and works well within a team.  In addition, this position will support organizational initiatives including customer and company appreciation events, client feedback initiatives, marketing campaigns and more.
