Roxy works with employers, brokers and claims administrators to facilitate prompt resolution of Workers’ Compensation claims with the ultimate goal of reducing the cost and impact of workplace injury. She serves as a trusted advisor to employers and guides them thru the Workers Compensation claims process. She analyzes loss runs, reserves, status reports, and strategizes and negotiates with the adjuster to move cases to resolution.
She strives to provide valuable oversight and direction with the claims administrator to ensure that her clients have the information and resources needed to make the best financial, legal and ethical business decision for the management of their Workers’ Compensation claims.
Roxy has over 10 years of California Workers’ Compensation claims management experience. She started her career as an adjuster at Farmers Insurance handling auto claims. From there, she joined Travelers Insurance as a Workers’ Compensation adjuster handling return to work claims In 2022, she joined Pie Insurance as a Senior Workers Compensation adjuster handling claims from beginning to end along guiding businesses through the Workers’ Compensation claims process. Throughout her career, she has worked with all types of employers, brokers, carriers and TPAs.
Roxy graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.
