Gabrielle is responsible for onboarding new clients and agencies, working closely with clients to discover their business needs and challenges as well as capture meaningful data to ensure customer satisfaction is at a premium. She also works closely with ESM INSITE Claims Advocates by providing updates and recommendations to ensure our highest level of client satisfaction is maintained.
Gabrielle began her professional career in Chicago, Illinois as a sales representative for C.H. Robinson, a global third-party logistics provider. After working in sales for two years, Gabrielle moved to Los Angeles to join the emerging digital world, taking a Media Planner position at the digital advertising firm, Carat. Responsible for strategizing and planning multiple client campaigns accommodating each client’s unique goals and objectives, Gabrielle mastered planning and implementing campaigns directly with her clients, where she focused daily on optimizing their success. She then moved to the publisher side, taking an Account Management position with CBS. During almost a decade at CBS where she built and cultivated relationships with top advertising agencies and clients, she progressed through the ranks to a Senior Product Marketing position, where her primary responsibilities were focused on crafting sales and sponsorship packages for clients specifically around their specific goals and objectives and working hand-in-hand with them post-sale to ensure the programs were implemented successfully, KPIs were met and client expectations were exceeded.
Education
Gabrielle graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, attending the Eli Broad School of Business. While at Michigan State she joined Kappa Delta sorority and served as Panhellenic Representative
Hobbies & InterestS
Spending time with my family, wine tasting – especially trying new wines, making banana muffins on the weekend with my little ones and reading fictional books overflowing with humor that leave me in tears from laughing so hard.
