Cassandra helps lead key customer success initiatives focused on driving INSITE portal utilization, expanding Agency partner portfolios and increasing client service relationships. She works closely with the different ESM teams to discover customer business needs and helps drive technology strategies to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction results.

Cassandra started her career in the Workers’ Compensation industry coordinating panel qualified medical examinations. During that time, she ensured that the evaluators were adequately prepared with the injured worker’s medical history, delivered timely reports to the state, and revamped the company’s training process. In 2017, she joined an independent review organization where she facilitated in the delivery of workers’ compensation reports and gained extensive experience with state and federal guidelines. She was promoted to an account management position in 2019, where she established strong relationships with a large book of clients, transformed the onboarding process, and worked across multiple teams to guarantee client success.

Education

Earned her BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with honors in 2013.

Hobbies & Interests:

Cassandra enjoys playing with her 2 rescue dogs, gardening, and singing with her family. She spends her weekends working on a DIY home improvement projects with her husband, exploring local vintage stores, and volunteering with Second Chance Dog Rescue in San Diego.
