Alisa Gemar

Alisa is responsible for supporting the ESM team by planning, managing, and implementing projects on-time to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. She also leads efforts to organize workflows, develops and manages product roadmaps as well as oversees ESM’s internal operations.
Alisa has over 15 years of project and program management experience with several well-known brands such as adidas Golf, TaylorMade Golf, and Jack in the Box, Inc. She began her career as a project manager for adidas Golf where she managed several high-profile projects, including their athlete apparel and footwear program and accelerated product development program. In 2012, Alisa was selected by TaylorMade Golf executive leadership to be the business leader on a multi-year global ERP implementation project. Upon successful completion of that project, she accepted a position as Senior Project Manager for Jack in the Box, Inc. and led multiple initiatives for the brand, including a system wide beverage platform upgrade. Alisa was then promoted to Senior Manager where she led a team of project managers and was responsible for implementation of all equipment and technology initiatives to over 2,200 restaurants. In 2018, Alisa was recruited to be part of the executive team responsible for developing the strategy to establish and grow the Honma Golf Brand in North America.
Education:
Alisa attended the University of Minnesota for two years and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix – San Diego Campus. She obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2017 and her Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification in 2020.
