Sharon Poston, ARM
President

Sharon Poston is the co-founder and President of ESM Solutions. Sharon has more than 35 years of Workers’ Compensation claims management experience.  She has a versatile background having worked for insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators, and insurance brokers before starting her own consulting business in 1996. She provides a global risk management approach to assist employers with managing their Workers’ Compensation risk.

Sharon grew up in Missouri and has a Missouri Lifetime Teaching Certificate. She continues to educate employers and insurance brokers inclaims management policies and requirements. She has designations of Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Self Insurance Certificate.

Anthony Poston, ARM, AIM
CEO

Anthony co-founded ESM in 2005 with the vision of supporting California employers with analyzing their operational challenges and developing a strategic plan that focused on injury prevention and Worker’s Compensation cost containment. At ESM he has obtained his Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Management (AIM) and his Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent License # 0H15950.

Prior to starting ESM, Anthony was a Risk Analyist at Charles Schwab & Co. He spent 6 years analyzing compliance trends and implementing PATRIOT Act procedures to ensure compliance with Government regulations. While at Schwab he obtained his Series 7, 9/10 & 63. 

Anthony graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in International Business and Finance and played soccer as the Gators goalkeeper.
