Sinead is responsible for onboarding new clients and agencies, working closely with clients to discover their business needs and challenges as well as capture meaningful data to ensure customer satisfaction is at a premium. She also works closely with ESM INSITE Claims Advocates by providing updates and recommendations to ensure our highest level of client satisfaction is maintained.

Sinead started her career at Flextronics Semiconductor in Quality Control. Her team was in charge of revamping and streamlining processes within the entire organization to ensure ISO 14000 environmental compliance.   This catapulted her zest for creating and implementing new and improved processes while giving her a front row ticket to work beside each department within the business. She landed in Marketing and moved on to work within the Strategic Events Team at Cadence Design Systems, Inc., planning, creating and executing events such as CES, DAC, and CDNLive. After moving up to the Sacramento area in 2009, she has worked at forward thinking, fact paced companies such as SolarCity, Luxer One, and SFS Intec. This experience solidified her passion for building relationships, finding more effective processes, and customer success management. 

Education

Sinead studied at Santa Clara University and at West Valley college while pursuing an Engineering degree.

Professional Accolades & Memberships:

Leader of Team Fusion, an internal events team driving to create a fun and dynamic culture, at SolarCity from 2014 - 2016. Won a “Best Places to Work” award in 2015 and 2016.

Hobbies & Interests:

Spending time with her husband and children, camping at Pinecrest, skiing and rafting in Tahoe, and wine tasting around Napa.  She is obsessed with the Food Network and HGTV, loves to paint with watercolors and create custom jewelry.
