Khai is responsible for working with employers and claims administrators to facilitate prompt resolution of Workers’ Compensation claims and reduce costs. She develops litigation strategy with clients, examiners and defense attorneys on how to maneuver claims through the litigation process. She educates her accounts about how to manage their claims with best practices to positively impact the trends and outcomes of current and future claim costs. She helps create panel vendor firms and pricing for clients.  She audits and provide findings and recommendations to client to improve their WC program.

Khai has over 18 years of California Workers’ Compensation claims management experience. She has worked for insurance carriers and a large TPA (third party administrator) in the capacity of a Case Manager, Senior Claims Adjuster and High Exposure Consultant handling CA claims from inception to resolution. She now works with large and small employers to assist them with managing their claims. She is effective with identifying key issues on claims to promptly bring them to resolution to reduce claim costs and protracted litigation.


Khai completed her undergraduate study in Psychology and Agricultural and Managerial Economics at UC Davis.  She continues to expand her education via IEA (Insurance Education Association). She continues to keep abreast of legislative changes by attending seminars and workshops presented by legal firms or professional associations.
